Return Policy
Our aim at ViveFX Consulting LLP (“ViveFX”, Website “youngbutterfly.in”) is to ensure that our customer is completely happy.
In order to satisfy you, we guarantee a return of any product you consider to have a defect within a period of 7 days, from the date of delivery.You must understand that the returned product has to be unused and is in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging to be refundable. ViveFX reserves the right to reject any return request if the product looks used.
In case the product received is the incorrect product.
In case you receive a different product from what you ordered, we would refund 100% of the product cost if intimated immediately or within 7 days on receipt of the product. We urge you to check directly and do not accept a product in this case. We will also bear the return shipping for any incorrect product delivered.
Return method & payment :

** In case the customer has availed our free shipping facility, we will refund 100% of the defect products price cost. Otherwise, the actual shipping charge will be deducted and the rest of the product cost will be refunded to the customer.
** For all refunds we will refund the amount to same mode of payment as used during checkout. For cash on delivery refunds we will be issued cheque to the customer and they can also provide their bank & branch name, account number and IFSC code so we can do NEFT.
** Typically, the refund will happen within 30 days of receipt and inspection of the goods.
Cancellations Policy
If the customer chooses to cancel the order before the product is shipped, he / she will be entitled to a 100% refund.
He / she need to get in touch with us as soon as possible with his / her order number, otherwise, in case the product is already shipped, the policy as mentioned above will be applicable. This is really disappointing that I had added all the products in the basket and did the whole process which is to do done. But at the end of payment it’s really stucked and shows that “Oops something went wrong” this was just the repeating from 12:00am to 12:30am. I was just tired of trying. I really disappointed with your service. And I added many friends too, and was eagerly waiting for redemption. I know this going to happen with me. I just know this before. But though I did this. I want you people to go through and please do the needful ASAP.
