poor service of your coriour. I have sent one letter to cuttack bearing no-465442116 dt 23/9/19 at 8.09PM but not reached till to day( 11/10/19)having 60KM distance from Dhenkanal.
I have to complain against one consignments made from Ara to Kolkata by GOODLUCK COURIER on 12/08/18 having recipt no.613938910.
Consignor was Devkaran singh, Ara & consignee was Sanhita bhowmick, Rajarhat kolkata.Till today i.e a 12days from my consignment, i haven’t got my envelop delivered/returned back to Ara.What should I do?Should I never trust this courier?Please look after the matter &…

Worst courier service provider. They don’t update the status of consignment on real time basis. Their complaint form is not getting submitted. They don’t reply to mail, don’t respond to call. Totally unprofessional. I have booked a consignment from Kolkata to Bhubaneswar with docket number 192433461 on 14th August 2019. It is not yet delivered. I am not even able to track the same through their site. Please get it delivered at the earliest & provide me with the current status of consignment.

VERY BAD SERVICE.
I have booked article at your Laheriasarai, Darbhanga office on 05th July 2019 but till day, my booked parcel is not delivered. After inquiry come to know that my parcel reached delivered town Begusarai on 9th July and your office had given that parcel to Mr.Anurag who is a staff of Begusarai branch and also reside at near by my house but sill that parcel is not delivered. Your service is very poor.

Worst courier service. My parcel from Delhi to Kolkata has not reached till now from 30th October. Today is 19th November.
I HAVE BOOKED MY COURIER ON 06.10.2018 WITH COURIER NUMBER 80019312. BUT THE COURIER IS NOT REACHED AT DESTINATION WHICH IS JAIPUR TILL DATE. KINDLY RETURN MY COURIER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AS THE COURIER HAS THE IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS.

Most third class service, there are not responding for our queries.
My consignment number is 126032666 it was sent by reliance courier on 19th July, this parcel reached on 26th July to Kolkata but still I have not received my books. Very careless courier and they are not receiving my call also not contacting me. I want my books, it is very urgent.
Your courier service is very slow. It takes a lot time, while the other courier reaches us in 2 (or) 3 days.
