The worst place I ever had before. They keep the services like Bajaj Finserv and they give the schemes to the customer and doesn’t fulfill it. I purchased clothes from brand factory Ashiyana Lucknow from my Bajaj Finserv card which has the offer of cash back of 600 rupees which is not been fulfilled till know. I used to go to the store for the company they says that this issue is not in our department so why have you keep such types of Bajaj Finserv service to your brand factory store Ashiyana.
Today we went to purchase dresses in Reliance Brand Factory Hubballi, Karnataka and purchased worth Rs.10 thousand (5K+5K). In brand factory, we came to know about offer i.e. 20% paytm cashback (Faayed ka festival) if the amount is more than 3000 rupees, so we purchased the brand factory coupons worth of 8000 (3000+5000 coupons) and we did not received any coupons from the paytm even after successful payment from our accountan such kind of situation happened with others also. Regarding this we asked your management team and they are denied to give solution and even paytm also did same. So we kept purchased dresses in the brand factory itself only because of worst paytm service plus hubballi management service. In such a worst condition why you are allowing paytm offer and making customer to suffer unnecessarily. Therefore, please solve the issue and make customer to free from this.
I went to Vizag shop today. In display board, mentioned Flat Rs. 699 offer for John Millers Shirts and also I asked the promoter there. He also said that, yes. I have taken five shirts. I took four pants. The cashier said that there was no offer when billing. I called the promoter and he said that, just now offer is changed I got a message. They wasted my time. If you go back, the offer is there. If you do this, then the customer will not return to the mall. Bad service
Pathetic service at Sakinaka outlet and poor billing staff as well as outlet manager. You need to improve your service. Zero rating for Sakinaka outlet staff.
