My closest relative travelled by Purple, completely disappointed for its Purple smilestone manager behavior who was extremely rude with him while he was having his own dinner at smilestone near Nagar. You don’t allow to have our own food, still You don’t have any right to speak in such a rude manner with your customers whom you are serving. He had to leave his dinner in the middle just because he was having his own. They have forgotten what Humanity is. Just learn what manners are. Very rude staff. We will never ever recommend Prasanna Purple to travel.
Pathetic service, poor driver and cleaner and bus is also delayed by 2 hours.
You are giving really nice service. I like to convey my today’s best experience that I was traveling in your bus no mh14 cw1455 from Pune to Wasmat. Your bus has failed at near Parbhani. At that time your driver and conductor handled the situation which was really out of controlled. All passengers were so much angry with your staff. But they have not given a single return word to the passenger. They have given the best service which is above the normal thinking.

During the journey we have very bad experience . Bus stops after every half hour pickup passenger ,attendant and drivers are arrogant. Bus late by 3 hours.
