The Member Secretary, Haryana State Legal Services Authority (HALSA) disclosed that Haryana State Legal Services Authority had earlier launched Legal Services Helpline on telephone number 0172-2604055 on 1.9.2009. Now a toll free helpline number 1800-180-2057(0172-2560245) has been got installed in the Authority on 31.5.2011 for providing legal advices to the people of Haryana State.
Any citizen desirous of legal advice may personally visit the office of The Member Secretary, Haryana State Legal Services Authority, Institutional Plot No.09, Sector-14 Panchkula or call toll free helpline number 1800-180-2057 for getting free legal advice for his/her case.
An official of this Authority will remain present in the said centre from 9.00 A.M. to 12.00 O’clock (midnight) on all working days.
He will ensure the services of an empanelled Advocate of State Legal Services Authority/District Legal Services Authority on telephone for legal advice to the citizens for resolving their legal problems. The said information is also available on the Authority’s website www[dot]hslsa[dot]nic[dot]in.

About us
There are twenty eight States and seven union territories comprising the Union of India and each State as also each Union Territory has a separate Legal Services Authority, constituted as such under the aforesaid Act.
Haryana is one such State of the Union of India and the Haryana State Legal Services Authority (hereinafter referred to as ‘H.S.L.S.A’, having its Head Office at Chandigarh is the successor body of Haryana State Legal Services and Advice Committee which as governed by the “Haryana State Grant of Free Legal Service and Advice to the Poor Rules, 1982 ”.
i have written an email on january 24, 2022 from email ID , but i have not recd any reply. the said email was addressed to Superintendent Lok Adalat For Registrar General, vide their letter reference no 630 Lokadalt Branch / LA -1 Dt 11 January 2022.
