Shopkio offers a 7 DAYS RETURN / EXCHANGE SERVICE’.
** The policy allows customers to raise the return/exchange request of a product within 3 working days of its delivery.
** If customer wants to return product, in any case, they need to send the product to mentioned address by their own courier service to our warehouse and Shopkio will not bear the courier charges.
** In addition, a charge of Rs 300 will be charged per product(which includes one time courier and administrative charge).
** Refund will be paid through REWARD POINTS which can be used in next purchase.
