Cancellations

An order which has not been shipped yet, can be cancelled from the “My Orders” section of our website. You can also request cancellation by sending an email to care AT fonokart.com.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will have to be returned. For more on how to return a product, see the Returns section of this page.

Returns

** We provide a 10-days return guarantee on designer cases from the date of delivery. The product you wish to return should be in its original packaging should be unused with all labels/tags intact. Any freebies or complimentary product received with the shipment should also be returned.
** Returns or Exchange is not applicable on products sold during Promotions, Sales or Clearance Events.
** For other mobile accessories like cables, chargers etc. we do not offer returns or exchange.
** If you a receive a product in damaged condition, we request you to immediately inform us on care AT fonokart.com within 48 hours of delivery to receive a replacement.
** Currently, we do not offer reverse pick-ups. In order to get a replacement or refund, please mail the reverse shipment to the address below. Please mention your Order Number & Contact Number on the shipment.

** Replacements will be shipped after we have received the original product. Please note, the replacement will only happen if the following conditions are met.
** The product has all the labels & tags and is in original packaging.
** The product is unused.
** The product reaches us in original condition.
** If the return product does not meet the above-mentioned conditions, it will not be accepted. No reimbursement will be made in this situation.
