  5. Hi Team,

    I am from Mumbai, your customer care number 18002707000. not active (out of order) from last 8 days. my concern is very series as I will request to customer care center for pre-closer letter in the month of March, but still not received response from ABFL with letter.
    I had already send mail with reminders 10 times. No one response from ABFL. Please confirm on propriety.
    Also already mentioned in earlier mail, for I am not ready to bear any interest & Foreclosure Charges from March’2020, as I already raised a request in the month of march & ABFL still not closed above the request.

  6. I have tried to contact the customer care service regarding loan but no one answered. Please provide the alternative number.

  7. Regarding personal loan I want to talk with Mr. Rajeev, today just few hours before he spoke with me and collect data from me and said I will contact you within 5 minutes, but no calls received from there. I am awaiting for your call.

For your kind information that I have applied a personal loan on 04/07/2018 (Application Number 1850977) and submitted my all Singed document on 22/7/2018 to your representative and received a masses on 23/9/2018 that your loan has approved. But my Loan Amount is not disbursed till now. When I contact your customer care, they were telling me that your application is on Last stage for Disbursement, Please wait 3-5 working days.

    But recently, When I contact your Customer care they were telling me that Your Loan Has rejected due to Customer Not Interested, Whereas no such thing has happened And I am constantly emailing you. And I have all the evidence regarding this and Last Saturday (06/10/2018), I have received a confirmation call by you, That my loan has sanction for Rs. 300000 for 36 Months with 11304 EMI (02262761416 at 12.20 PM). I am Requesting you again, Please disburse My Loan amount as soon as you possible. Because I have suffered a lot of losses. Please Revert Back.

  10. I am from Gulbarga, you have closed the office in Gulbarga which was at Khuba plot area. I want to close the policy, can I do it online. Please let me know the procedure.

  12. Worst service, It has been 2 months since I registered my complaint but no reply to my mail. All they can do is pick up call but don’t resolve issue.

  13. I applied for a loan and finally after 2 months you people sent me an email and message about repayment schedule and all on 10th September at 8:30 PM in night. I was like okay the loan got approved and you must be transferring the money within next few days. But to my surprise on 11th September morning, I received an email and a message that I have to pay pending EMI of Rs.12444.52. Tell me for what I must pay an EMI of Rs.12444.52. Firstly, I have not received my loan amount. Secondly, that is not my EMI amount. Are you guys insane (or) what?

I had taken loan from Aditya finance, my loan account detail is LXW-M04217-180004941 for which I had mailed last month and I have already paid the amount through N.E.F.T on 19th July 2018, the details are HDFC0000060 and Beneficiary account number is 00600350111290 through Abhyudaya coop Bank on 19-7-2018. I have done full and final payment for which I haven’t received any mail (or) a letter from your side acknowledging the payment, I am still receiving the calls continuously to keep the EMI ready in account, which makes me tense as every time the EMI comes the bounce charges are deducted Rs.400 two times from my account and it is ruining my credit history. Request you to stop sending messages again and again, and send me loan closing letter from your side. Kindly find attachment of NEFT Payment receipt. Please stop my EMI, Still I am receiving a SMS from your side and you are not replying mailed also.

  15. My first EMI was on 5th August, I had balance in my account but due to holiday EMI was not deducted, why they are showing that I have to pay charges if not paid they can deduct from my account, it is not my fault.

Worse service I never seen, so disappointing and very very poor services even employees also not interested to clarify about it might be they not trained (or) doesn’t have any respect to customers. I went to Vileparle office and met collection manager instead to have clarification to closing my Personal loan, he directly went to office replying going for meeting. This is the services giving from Aditya Birla.

    I have been not receiving my due interest (quarterly) since December 2017 to date. That is two quarters against my policy number 006840153.
