How to place an Order on BigBrandBox.in ?
** LOG IN or Register with BigBrandBox.in :-
First time users need to Create your Account with First Name, Last Name, Email & Password.
** Select Products you like and “Add to Cart”
** View Cart and proceed to “Check Out”
** Add your “Shipping Address” and continue to Shipping Method
** Continue to “Payment Method”
** Select the Payment Method from Credit Card, Cash On Delivery (COD), NEFT/Bank Transfer or any of the Payment Wallets.
** Click on “Complete Order” to Confirm your Order.

What are the Shipping Charges?

We want our customers to have the full benefits of Shipping and thus have devised the Shipping Charges as follows:-
** For Orders above Rs.999/- :- Shipping is completely FREE irrespective of Volume of Products.
** For Orders between Rs.100/- & Rs.999/- :- Shipping is Flat Rs.99 irrespective of Location in India. No handling and packing charge is added as customer is paying the Shipping Cost.
** For Orders between Rs.1/- to Rs.99/- :- Shipping is Flat Rs.149 as fixed packing and handling charge is included even for shipping small value orders. So it is advisable and beneficial for customers to have Order Value of Rs.100 and above.

Returns related FAQ’s

What is your Returns Policy?
“Big Brand Box” wants you to be Thrilled with your New Purchase. However if there is any problem with the product you purchased, you can Request for Return. The Request for Return should be made within 7 Days from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with original invoice.

Refunds (if applicable)
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Also the amount eligible for refund will be informed after analysing the reason for return. In case its found that the return is due to a reason given by the customer which is beyond our control or customer wan’t to return the product for no reason, the shipping and other charges will have to be borne by the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or WhatsApp to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once you are approved for refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account after you provide us Bank Details or we will provide you BBB Store Credit Vouchers which you can redeem on your next purchase.

Kindly note that if you Order in Bulk Quantity (More than 10 pcs) of Single Product, the decision to accept the return will be exclusively ours. To avoid mutual hardship and dissatisfaction we request you to order less quantity and be satisfied with the product before ordering in Bulk Quantity.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you don’t received a refund, first check your account at our store for “Store Credit” or your ” Discount Voucher” of equivalent amount. In case of transfer to your Bank, please recheck your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info AT bigbrandbox.in.

Return Shipping (if applicable)
To return your product, we can arrange a Reverse Pick-up or you can send your product to address given in Invoice of Vile Parle (E), Mumbai Maharashtra IN 400057. In case we receive damaged product in return, it will be analyzed by our team and relevant decision will be taken based on the truth behind the damaged return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping a fragile or expensive item, you should consider using a traceable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Goods need to be properly packed for shipping back. It’s advisable to take a picture of product before shipping it back. Damages due to reverse shipping will have to be borne by you, so the packing needs to be proper and damage-proof.
