On 25.05.2018 along with my wife I was to leave for Mumbai by Indigo Flight Number 6E 171. Departure Time is 04:55. During screening of check in baggage (cargo baggage ), (In Unlocked trolly) my Power bank of MI Brand 20000 mAh, white in color was not detected and told me for its removal but before loading. I was called at gate No.10 where I was asked to remove it before boarding. Power bank was taken by security staff posted at gate No.10 who in turn handed over to his female co worker in office meant for loading of cargo baggage. Neither my signature was obtained for record nor I was given any receipt of it. Please do needful and help me in this matter.
