Shipping Policy :
** Pacttown handles shipping using our own delivery agents, or in partnership with a logistics provider.
** Within Kota (Raj.) we will attempt to fulfill the delivery request within 3 business days of receiving a delivery request from the subscriber.
** Please note that our guarantee is on the book title, not book copy.

** That is, if you request for a particular book, we will send you the copy that is currently in stock.
** This may or may not correspond with the publisher, book image or publishing date that you have selected.

** If you wish to only be delivered the book copy that you have selected, please send an email to our customer service.
** This will however, lower the probability of you getting the books and the Payable structure may change based on it.

** There are no delivery and pick up charges for all orders above INR 250.
** If the Cart Value is below INR 250, a delivery charge of INR 50 is charged.
** The pickup in all cases is free of cost.

Cancellation Policy :
** No cancellations are accepted. If there is any defect in the product delivered to you only then we accept cancellations.

** We either offer you an e-gift voucher for the cancelled amount or we shall be refunding the amount back to you within 15 working days depending on your bank.
** In case of cancellation and refund due to error from the customer, the customer will be charged as per company policy on total order value.
