Refund Policy :
** No refund is given to users that pay after the registration.
** There are no circumstances in which Pioneer Mathematics shall be liable for any personal injury, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages – including (but not limited to) loss of data, business interruption, loss or profits – under any legal system or regime, that result from the use, or inability to use Pioneer Mathematics.

** The law applicable to you may or may not allow the exclusion or limitation of any liability or damages and may cause some parts of this policy to be inapplicable. Otherwise Pioneer Mathematics and its related bodies corporate exclude all conditions and warranties that may be implied by law.

Payments :
** The fee structure is distributed according to different classes and packages. You can choose to pay a further fee to access more materials at a later date. From time to time there may be a discounted fee if you wish to subscribe to several of the materials available.

** The prices quoted on the index of resources page are in INDIAN rupees and US $.
** By paying the fee you have access to the materials. Only that person who has paid the fees is allowed to access the package contents.

** If it is found that more than one user is using the same id, then Pioneer Mathematics has the right to deactivate the account of that id and the user will be informed about it by a call or an email.

** Access to the materials will be provided once full payment or purchase order has been received. The fee is payable by cheque or PayPal. The cheque should be made payable to ‘Pioneer Mathematics’. All products are classed as zero-rated for VAT, provided they are bought by an educational establishment.

** Access to the materials is by username and password. We will choose these and send you written notice of them once payment, or purchase order, has been received. Only the person who has paid the fee can use the username and password.

** If we believe that a username and password provisions are being violated, we reserve the right to change the username and/or password, or to end the agreement.
