Very bad net work. My place thrissur dist. Kunnamkulam. Karichal road. Pengamuck. No servie man. I cant contact customer care. Service is too bad. Iam going to change this bad network and all

Our distributor (Sat one network) cochin channel… located in palluruthy
they are not providing proper service
I had book a HD set box.. and they came and installed normal setup box.. when we ask about the HD box…they told that.. we dont have any stock right now, now its 6months ago… Till now they didn’t give the HD box…
Second thing… Whenever we call them.. atleast we need to call 5-6 times.. then only they attend the calls..
And the main thing is that… Almost everyday we didn’t get the channel showing that contact your cable TV operator now a days its showing that.. no signal or bad channel
When we contact the cable TV operator.. they always ask our address and phone.. and say that.. i will check the issue and call back later
But they didn’t call.. we need to call again and again..
Everday we are facing this problems
We have some limits to call them..
Anyway We are disconnecting the cochin channel due to the distributor about services
So new customers didn’t be a victim
Can you tell us how to make an escalation or complaint to higher authority?
Pathetic service by Kerala vision. Disconnect your bloody service from my home now. The Most idiotic local Cable provider from Chirayinkeezhu 695304, has insulted me when I asked him to activate the channels. I want to escalate this to the higher authority. I hope such Idiots should be terminated from service with immediate effect.
