Free Express Shipping :
** All orders will be shipped out via Fedex and are expected to be delivered within 2-4 days, once it leaves the factory.
** All orders would be trackable.

Easy Returns / Exchanges :
** Upon receiving your order, if it doesn’t fit or you just like to return it, you have 15 calendar days from delivery date to return the items.
** We will not accept any return made once this period has expired.

Before proceeding a return note that :
** The product must be brand new & in an unworn condition. (Scratched soles will not be accepted, so please try on the shoes in a non-scratch surface).
** The product must be returned in the same condition as it was sent.

** Please contact us through email at support AT dappershoes.in before you return the shoes so that we can provide you with a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) code and arrange for a reverse pickup.
** Now, please print the documents sent, fill it out and place it inside the package.

** All returns must be sent to our warehouse within 15 calendar days from delivery date.
** In the case of size exchange, will ship back the new item/s with no extra cost for the customer.
** In the case you prefer a refund, a restocking fee of Rs.350 per pair will be applicable.

** We will process it in the next 5 – 7 days.
** If the item/s is being returned due to a manufacturing defect, Dapper Shoes will have to inspect the item/s and determine if that is the case before processing any refund or ship a replacement item/s.
