Replacement FAQ :
How do I order a replacement ?
For replacement online, Go to support tab and click on replacement. In Replacement tab enter your warranty card number and then click on submit. Your replacement products shown in the window, you have to pay the respective amount. Now your replacement is ordered successful.
Can I get a replacement protector if I mess up the first one ?
All products come with one protector. If you mess up, you can order a product replacement for less than half the cost.
What is Low-Cost Lifetime Replacement ?
All Robobull products are designed to be durable, but with wear and tear, may need to be replaced. Low cost, lifetime replacements are available for the lifetime of your device. To order a replacement product, click on “Replacement” tab.
Can I exchange my protectors ?
We are unable to do exchanges due to inventory purposes. If you have ordered the incorrect protectors or would like to try a different protector, please contact Customer Care so we can issue you an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number to return the protectors. We will issue a refund when we receive the protectors back.
You can order the correct protectors at anytime you would like. Can I get a refund if I purchased through a reseller? No. If your order was purchased through a reseller you will need to go through them for a refund.

How do I get rid of bubbles ?
If you are having trouble getting bubbles out of your protector, try this out: wait a day. Most bubbles will work themselves out in 24 to 48 hours.
Larger devices, such as the tablets and MacBook can take longer to cure the bubbles so as to resolve themselves. We recommend allowing about 5 days for curing in case of larger devices.
