Shipping Policy :
The following terms govern the shipping of goods to You :
** Any order placed on our Website is processed within 2 working days of intimation of such order and is ordinarily delivered within 3 to 5 working days of placing of order for delivery in India.
** Most of the shipping is FREE of cost, however, some items may have shipping costs depending on the nature of the product.

** All orders are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you a tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery status on the website of the respective courier company. We email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order.

** Upon delivery, You would be requested to sign a delivery form by our Agent. You are requested to sign the delivery form only if the Products are delivered in proper condition i.e. without obvious damage. Once You sign the delivery form, it shall be construed that the Product was delivered without any obvious damage to You and You will not be permitted to exchange or return the goods for such reasons.

Cancellations, Returns, Refunds Policy :
Policy relating to replacement of glass:

This offer does not cover the following :
** If the damage occurs due to unauthorised or improper maintenance or repair of the product.
** If the product is/has been used for purposes for which it was not intended.
** Normal wear and tear that may result due to daily usage of the product
** Abnormal use of the product including but not limited to accident, mishandling and/or misuse.

Limited Manufacturer Warranty :
** MoAppz Technologies Private Limited, warrants all parts of its electronic products against material or manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months from the date of original purchase.
** The warranty shall be effective only if the registration card is fully completed.

** This warranty is null and void if the unit or its components therein have been damaged or tampered with by improper handling/use or unauthorised repair.
** In all such events the manufacturer agrees to repair or replace the defective parts, provided that the cost of such repairs or replacement shall never exceed the purchase price as paid.
