shipping policy

** Any order purchased online will have no shipping charges attached
** For COD purchases, a cash handling charge of Rs. 150 or as mentioned in the deal will be charged on all orders
** For Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions, payments will be accepted only in cash when the product is delivered

** If you return an order delivered to you, COD charges will not be refunded. However, if you self-ship your returns, you will be reimbursed based on Pirates of Deal’s Returns Policy
** The PIN codes serviced by us are frequently updated, so if we do not deliver to your PIN code today, please come back and check to see if this has changed.

** Shipping will be done only in India.
** We dispatch our orders within 10 business days from the order confirmation date. This does not include Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays

** If a customer orders more than one product at a time as Cash on Delivery (COD), second product will not be shipped once first product is accepted by customer.
** A customer can order any number of product as pre-paid order at a time.

Conditions for return

** Products should be unused
** IMEI/name/image/brand/serial number/article number/bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.

** All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present and not tempered with.
** The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/warranty seals (wherever applicable).

** The product (including SIM trays/charging port/USB port, headphone port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
** Product’s original packaging/box should be undamaged.

** Products should be returned or exchanged in their original packaging along with original price tags, labels, instruction sheets and invoices. (for e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box as well and returned), and should not be broken or tampered with.

** For all purchases where a discount voucher or promotion code is used, the refund amount shall exclude the discount applied
** We do not accept return or exchange requests for innerwear, cosmetics, socks, deodorants, perfumes and free items
** While unboxing the parcel, please make a video of the same. Without video, request of return or refund will not be enterartain.

Replacement Procedure

** If you have received an item in a ‘Damaged’ or ‘Defective’ condition, or it is ‘Not as Described’ on the portal, you may request a replacement at free of cost.

** Return Policy depends on the product category. Please check the return policy when buying or before initiating a return for replacement. Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Seller. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.

** If there is a size mismatch, replacement is possible.
** If after you open the packaging, you discover that the item is damaged, you can return the product to us for a replacement.

** Please contact our customer service for initiating the replacement and send us the images / snapshots of the damaged product. Once our returns section receives and verifies the product, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund as the case may be.

** Please note that we cannot promise a replacement for all products as it will depend on the availability of the stock and replacement product. In such cases, we will offer only a refund.
