I am 68,from Chromepet. I had purchased two units of water heater of your esteemed company from dealer vignesh electronics, Chromepet (S.NO.067161& 067111) on 24/8/17. As both the units encountered problem on 16/7/2018, we intimated the service incharge Mr.Balaji and he asked me to call Sathyaraj. I spoke to Mr.Sathyaraj and he came home and took one unit and said the same will be rectified within a week on 18/6/2018. After that, I waited till July 13th and no responses from there side. On 13th, I called Balaji and Sathyaraj, they said on 14th they will install it. But to my despair till date nothing is moved. As a senior citizen, I went into mental agony and my son R.Chandrasekar spoke to Mr.Sathyaraj over phone on 26th July, he told that the unit is already ready a week before and due to some payment issue with Mr.Balaji. He is withholding the unit. I would like to intimate with is kind of service engineers your companies reputation will be spoiled. I had come to a conclusion that hereafter, I will never refer your companies name for any of the product. I hope necessary steps will be taken from your company side. Kindly send your company mail I’d so that I can send all the supporting documents.

WE HAVE PURCHASED 2 NUMBERS OF STORAGE ELECTRICAL WATER HEATERS ON 10.07.2015 IE MODEL THERMAL QUEEN – 25/2013. WITHIN ONE YEAR BOTH THE TANKS WERE DAMAGED AND COMPLAINT WAS GIVEN TO YOUR VIZAG SERVICE CENTRE ON 16.04.2016. THEY REPLACED THE TANKS AFTER REPEATED PHONE CALLS BY TAKING MORE THAN 3 MONTHS. AGAIN BOTH THE WATER HEATERS ARE NOT WORKING SINCE MARCH 2017 AND COMPLAINED ON 27.03.2017. MECHANIC ATTENDED AFTER 20 DAYS AND CHANGED ONE HEATER COILS AND INFORMED 2NDND HEATER TANK WAS DAMAGED AND WILL REPLACE WITHIN WEEK DAYS. TILL TODAY THEY DID NOT REPAIRED AND THE OTHER ONE AGAIN WAS NOT WORKING.
WE ARE HAVING ONE WATER HEATER OF YOUR COMPANY OF 25 LITRES CAPACITY IN ASWARAOPETA, KOTHAGUDEM DISTRICT WHICH WAS PURCHASED 20 YEARS BACK AND TILL TODAY THERE IS NO COMPLAINT AND IT IS EVEN RUNNING 24 HOURS. WE ALSO HAVE 2 NOS. WATER HEATERS OF YOUR COMPANY AT KHAMMAM AND WORKING SINCE 5 YEARS WITHOUT ANY COMPLAINT. WITH THE SAME TRUST ON YOUR COMPANY WE HAVE PURCHASED 2 WATER HEATERS AT RAJAHMUNDRY. Recently we have purchased new roti maker and yesterday night at the time of using suddenly automatic switch off Button failed and maker continuously red light shown in roti maker. It is heavy heat in roti maker and we are unable to do Chapattis through roti maker. Today I have visited your S.R.Nagar office along with Roti maker for repairing, your officials told that they are not doing repairing work at S.R Nagar office. We are shifting our service Centre from S.R. Nagar to Balanagar area, all our technical persons are busy with office shifting work. He advised to call after “Vijadasami festival”.
