How do we settle the payment? Is there an advance deposit required?
We insist on a nominal buying of a package of tour as soon as the schedule and the price have been finalized. We need a prior authorization with the hotels before booking. A lot of times we need to shell out money to block rooms in small hotels.

Refund & Cancellations Policy :
** As per the policy of the hotels in India, all hotel reservation are required to be reconfirmed by the agent or customer at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, failing which the hotel/s reserve the right to release blocked accommodation, which is payable by the customer making reservation through us.

** Neither we nor any of our representatives take the responsibility to make any refund to the clients on behalf of the hotel or any other service provider for any cancellation charged by the hotel or any other service provider or by the customer itself.

** All cancellations must be intimated to our head office on phone followed by a written authentication via email or fax.
** Telephonic cancellation will not be established as ‘cancelation request’.

** Cancellations for the independent/individual tour services should be made with a prior notice of not less than 7-30 days (As per the packages and situations).
** The cancellation in case of group booking should be made at least 30 days prior to the date of inauguration of the trip.

** For Christmas, New Year, Diwali, Pushkar Fair and other important festivals the normal cancelation policy does not apply and payments for against bookings during such busy period are considered as non-refundable.
** Refund will be process through same online mode within 10 working days

In the event of less than 8 travellers :
I) If the booking is cancelled 20 days prior to the start of the trip then there will be 50% Loss of deposit
II) If the booking is cancelled 10 days prior to the start of the trip A complete loss of deposit will be done.

III) If the booking is cancelled 30 days prior to the start of the trip 70% of the Amount will refunded
IV) If the booking is negated within 0 days prior to the start of the trip 100% Amount will refund

In the event of more than 8 travellers :
I) If the booking is cancelled 10 days prior to the commence of the trip Loss of deposit will be full.
II) If the booking is cancelled 20 days prior to the start off of the trip 50% Loss of deposit

III) If the booking is cancelled 30 days prior to the start of the trip 70% Amount will refund
