What is an e-Ticket?
An e-Ticket is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number given to passengers in place of a paper ticket.

How will I get my e-Ticket details?
Your e-Ticket details will be sent to your email address provided by you at the time of making the payment for your booking.

** Confiance Subnet Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable if customers do not comply with this requirement.

** We also provides our welcome kit in hard copy (Paper Document) within 21 working days to your delivery address chosen by you at the time of purchasing product through our website after the date of purchase through courier or registered post.

** The Customer will get the booking details With in three days,After receiving the voucher code request form,from the customer*.

** After receiving the confirmation email from the customer,he will get the hotel booking voucher before 7 days of journey via in his registered email id.
** After successful payment customer will get the payment confirmation email on his email id.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

** Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 Working Days of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

** A refund of amount will be provided after deducting 10% as processing fees in the maximum of 45 working days.

** No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Confiance Subnet Solutions Pvt. Ltd. marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc.
** These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

** In case the customer need immediate refund, 20% of total amount will be deducted and the amount will be provided in the maximum of 5-7 working days.
** Customer needs to issue a NOC letter in case of Refund has to be done.
** The refund amount will credited according to mode of payment.

  1. Waytohotel is a fraud company. They randomly call to everyone with script saying this is the happy hour and they are giving phone or Tablet on booking the hotel package and the hotel in the package are 4-5 star hotels. But after paying the amount I realize that they are fraud and same people are talking with different names. They ask to provide valid ID card, which I suspect they are asking to misuse the credential to create a big fraud. I ask for cancellation and they agree on phone but never accepted cancellation and refund of amount in written on email. Still they are not refunding my money. But I will not leave them without returning back my money. Be aware from them and do not pay single penny to them.
