I applied for a Card Swiping Machine on 8th October by paying the full amount of Rs.1770. The machine was to be delivered on (or) before 18th October. It’s been 10 Days since the expected delivery date. I tried to contact Engineer Mr. Rakesh & Mr. Dinesh Dupare (Manager) but they do not feel the need of picking my calls. I am fed up from their excellent service and am mailing you as I ran out of alternatives. Please look into the matter at your earliest.
A person took an online payment through Paytm in the name of loan, and all the documents were taken for the loan, but the file was not logged on and the name of Faircent’s name has been processing fees of 1900 rupees and now your agent Refuses to refund the money and says that I will see the action against my company in Lelo, then it is urgent from the ferrule management team that the agent’s again should be taken for strong action and I should be refunded my amount. Please check do the need full. Please resolve my complaint ASAP
