What are the benefits?
** Persons who want to save money and receive the prized/bid amount in the second half of the chit period, earn very much higher return (12-18% per year) than their periodic savings kept with a bank.
** Those in need of money are able to raise money by receiving the prized/bid amount when they are in need of money. The interest or chit loss in such cases is very much less than the market rates.
** All persons joining a chit group are forced to save a small amount of their income to finance their dream projects such as – purchasing a plot or building a house or meeting marriage expenses or buying domestic articles, or discharging an existing liability etc.
** Each person who pays his periodic installments up to date is entitled to receive the prized amount at a period of his choice, after participating in a lottery/auction.
What is chit dividend?
Auction discount minus company commission (5% of chit value) is the total group dividend. Total group dividend is distributed equally amongst all the subscribers. This dividend so distributed is deducted from the next installment payable by the subscriber.
What is lot?
When more than one non-prized subscriber wants to take the chit amount at the same discount, the chit numbers (coins) of all such non-prized subscribers are put in a container and the successful bidder is identified by removing one number (token coin) from the said container. The procedure is known as lot or lottery.
How many sureties or guarantors are required?
Normally for all chits a minimum of three sureties or guarantors other than family members are insisted upon. The basic salary or taxable income of all such sureties or guarantors should not be less than 20% of the chits’ future liability.
How soon can I expect payment once I bid for the chit?
Payment can be expected after completion of documentation.
What are the modes of payment?
Cash, cheques, demand draft, pay order and bank transfer are accepted modes of payment
How many chits can I take in a chit group?
A subscriber can participate in not more than three chits in the same chit group.
What are the various chit groups available with Kapil chits?
The chit groups vary from one lakhs to thirty lakhs.
What it the duration of these chits?
The duration of chits are normally 25 months, 40 months and 50 months.
Can we make payments in other branches?
Yes you can make payments at any Kapil Chit fund branch.
What are the benefits of joining a vacant chit?
All the dividends receivable till date of joining the group are earned by the member joining a vacant chit.
Registered and Unregistered chit fund companies?
Registered chit funds are regulated by the government departments, Unregistered chit funds are prohibited by the government and the subscriber will be at the mercy of the promoter without support from government agencies.

When Kapil chits closed permanently
I got cheated by Kondapur brnch, without any notice they have closed my chit and NOT returning my amount from last 2 years and NOT responding my phone calls. I paid for 40 months (FKRT01F1-36).
Most disgusting manager u guys selected as manager of mallapur nacharam first of all he doesn’t know the value of customer and without consulting me he directly goes to guaranter home and harassing them and in my opinion manager of mallapur Mr venkatesh is unfit for the position and I am going to file a case against of him and branch of mallapur because of defaming the customers value in the society.

Waste service and undoubtedly the cheaters and thieves. when we pay on time to agents/managers they r using our money and paying to company after the time period. When we ask for our amount after the completion they come up with silly answers as sor u had the late payments. Bullshit company. No proper response and responsibility towards the customer. Branch Managers r the utmost idiots I had ever seen. They doesn’t respond to the messages and calls. They don’t bother about the status of customer completed chit. Worst experience with kapil chits. The biggest mistake in my life is believing kapil chits.very keen to take new chits door step facility for new enrollment and comes to house early morning with new application and once chit lifted then we will come to know the real problem. Min 4 to 6 month to get money. Unregistered chits are far better or keeping money is good than joining kapil chits.

I am Ananda Babu Gummadilli, a member of Kapil chits (Chit# FKRT01F1-36). I used to have 5 chits at Kothaguda branch, now i have only 1 left for auction (FKRT01F1), It is 50 months chit, i have paid around 40 months, due to irresponsible behaviour of your employees at Kothaguda branch, i stopped paying chit amount, even though i have paid every month, they are showing old due. When i asked your employee Mr. Chiranjeevi/ Yaadi Reddy, they said its a system issue and they will void/waive the old dues. I have waited for more than 6 months, and they never corrected that. So i told them i wont pay chit amount until they resolve the issue. They stopped picking my calls, and behaving like they dont know me. I have reported this issue to current branch manager, he promised he will resolve the issue. but it never happend. I am frustated and decided to file a legal case on this. When i checked today morning in kapil chits website, this chit information is not showing, i am assuming that this happend intentionally. I am a investor and able to invest upto 10 laks on chits/fixed deposits, Just because of your employees behaviour at kothaguda branch, i am staying away from Kapil chits. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.
I had joined vacant chit group for 2 chits one is for 50 months and second one is 40 months, second chit already completed in the month of November’2019 from December’2019 to as on date (12.02.2020 ) phoned to branch manager, office land phones as well as Account officer regarding for chit Amount, collection staff as well as office staff also. Please suggest the way out from this issue.

Worst chit fund company. Uneducated staff, desk staff doesn’t even know to respect their subscribers. No subscribe in this company will receive this prized amount with in one (or) two months after lifting his/her chit or completion of chit period. If we pay monthly installment late due to any reason they charge high rate of penalty on installment amount. I questioned branch manager about this but he not given any reply by phone also and marketing staff are very disgusting manner less creatures. This chit fund chairman (Vaman Rao) should feel responsible, guilty for their staff behavior. They advertise their organization to get subscribers and after joining and facing such wild experience with their staff as well management, he should feel responsible if he has any accountability in him towards their subscribers.

My chit number is FMNL04J-40. Almost 100 days back, I withdrawn 5 lakhs chit. Still I have not get cheque. While I am contacting branch Manager at Srinivasa Colony, Mahabubnagar. He is saying that, it takes some more time. This is very poor service.There is no trust on Kapil chit. No proper commitment. I hope problem will be solved.
There is no mechanism in escalation of the issues. When we call Head Office phone number 2306 6699, we only get IVRS response to wait but no one picks it. It seems these people are doing intentionally.
I am a Psychologist, informing my chit FMVT5H-4 is completed two months before but not receiving any cheque from Branch manager and AGM and customer care is not responded and not giving proper response. I am facing more problems with this chit fund.
I auctioned chit on name Akula Srinivas in Ameerpet Branch on March 2018 and this is December month.Till now I did not receive the cheque and the branch manager Mr.Dileep Reddy is the worst and useless fellow of that branch. This guy doesn’t know how to follow up and Kapil Chits is really the worst group I have ever seen. Branch Manager and Company is the useless company. Fraud Company.

I faced this issue in Kapil Chit Funds, BCM Branch, Telangana. This is a Shiva Kumar one of the customer at your Kapil Chit Funds. I use to have very good relation with Kapil Chit since 2012. But unfortunately, I lost my belief on it due to the issue that I am facing now with Kapil Chit branch at my locality. I had a paid for 15, 00, 000 chit and the issue is I have not received my amount from Kapil Chit from July 2018 to till date. It’s almost 120 days but until today I have not received my money. I went to several times to the branch and I also contacted the manager of that branch but no one responded
An towards the issue. I lost my patience. So, I wrote this complaint and I am hoping that this issue is going to be solved. Otherwise I need to take some serious decision on the issue which may also effect the reputation of the company. Hope this problem is going to be solved.

I had joined Vacant Chit Group before 11 days, the A.O. Of the branch had given me some false promise on chit commitment. Can I cancel my chits? If yes, can I get my money back. I have paid 33 months at Kondapur, Hyderabad branch. Without any reason, they are always showing old dues, and whatever I am paying monthly, they are taking this amount for old dues. When I asked, they said “Sir don’t worry about the old dues, we have to adjust that in our system”. They are saying same from last 8 months. I said I wont make payment until they solve this issue, now they are not answering phone calls. Simply they are sitting quite taking 33 months chit amount, what kind of Service is this? If the payment is delay for 1-2 days they applies penalty, when I lifted 3 chits, for each chit, they took 2 months to make the payment. After looking at these kind of worst services at kapil chits, decided not to go for any nee chits.
We are chit members of Thorrur Kapil chits branch, my father lifted his 5lakhs chit in July 2018, at the time of auction manager and staff assured that chit completed 38 months so, it comes under fast track, so, lifted (prized) amount will be settled in 45 days, but till now, they could not settle my amount and manager not responding properly, worst service from Kapil chits.
Kapil chit fund, Hindupur branch, Ananthapuramu is getting suffer to chit lifted persons, even though after lifting chit five months over they cannot respond properly. Please do justice before going to approach courts.

Worst service. I am a customer of Kapil Thorur branch, there is no professional in Thorur branch. They don’t give respect to customers and they want new members but they don’t provide service. I am a customer of your Kapil group and almost all my family members are also the customers of your kapil group. Last year (August 2017), I have lifted 5 lakhs chit at Shamshabad branch.
