Need assistance or want to share your Airtel experience with us? Here are a few simple ways to do that

Call us :
** As an Airtel customer you have the convenience to access our 24-hr customer service centre at 121, or call our customer care numbers (click here). from your Airtel landline to register your complaint.

Mail us :
** Email your questions, comments or suggestions to us at 121 AT in.airtel.com we will get right back to you.
** Please mention your airtel account and fixed line number in the subject of the mail without any space or any special characters between the digits for quick response.

Grievance Addressal :
Nodal Team :
** We aim to resolve all complaints at the first point of contact.
** In case you don’t get satisfactory resolution of your query / complaint at the customer service centre you can get in touch with our Nodal Team with your complaint reference number and details of grievance.
Working Hours : Monday to Friday; 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
Turn Around Time: 10 days

Appellate Authority :
** In case you are not satisfied with the resolution given by our Nodal Team, you may get in touch with Appellate Authority within 3 months of resolution after the expiry of the complaint resolution time limit specified by the Nodal Team.

Terms & Conditions :
** a customer who pays online should not pay any amount to any FE or airtel executive – who commits reversal or do not have online CAF number which gets generated online –
** Broadband connectivity is subject to on ground feasibility at installation address – in case feasibility is not available charged amount will be reversed to the customer within 30 working days 500 rupees cash back will be given only to the customer who pays online and sign only the CAF which starts from “ON”
