When reliance life insurance company agents and branch manager goes to new clients to introduce their policies, they talk very sweetly with smile etc etc. after policy done, they don’t have any responsibility for their clients to inform their client for their renewable date or to pick up renewable cheque etc etc. Moreover when client call agent or branch manager to come and collect cheque for my premium, they don’t response, moreover they talk rubbish with their bad attitude.they are coming to collect premium after 2 or 3 later when due date passed away.they are asking for fine. why like this? this has happened with me and with many people. I am holding 4 life insurance policy in reliance. i am from Kolkata, India. My policy holding in Shambazar branch. Please I want to know why it is happening in such a reputed company? Please reply me.
