Shipments Policy :
Multiple dispatches :
** While We shall strive to ship all items in Your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
** In such cases, You may receive Your order in multiple dispatches.
** You may track the shipping status of Your order on our website, by clicking at Track Your Order section.
Delivery delay due to customer non-availability :
** All our products are shipped via third party couriers.
** If the product is not delivered due to door lock, the courier will make one more attempt next day.
** If the product is still not delivered, the product will lie in the local office of the courier for number of days as defined by respective couriers.
** If the product is not picked up within those pre defined days, the order is cancelled and the product goes back to Us.
What are the delivery charges?
** Delivery charge varies with many factors but not limited to courier partners and distance between shipping destinations.
** We incur relatively higher shipping costs on low value items.
** In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps them offset logistics costs.
** The delivery charge may be waived off by Us, if You shop with them for a minimum predefined value.
Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline business days?
** It is possible that We or our courier partners have a holiday between the day You place Your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page.
** In this case, We add a day to the estimated date.
** We and Some courier partners do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.
What is the estimated delivery time?
** We generally procure and ship the items within the time specified.
** We will mention the delivery time based on Your location Zip Code (usually 2-3 business days, 4-5 business days or 4-6 business days in areas where standard courier service is available).
** For other areas, it may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.
** Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
Are there any hidden costs on Our Website?
** There are NO hidden charges when You make a purchase on Our Website.
** List prices are final and all-inclusive.
** The price You see on the product page is exactly what You would pay.
** VAT/Sale Tax or any government tax imposed on selling goods or Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on Our shipping policy.
Cancellation by customer :
** You can cancel an order until it has been processed or approved or dispatched by Us or within 12 hours from the time of ordering, whichever is applicable.
** We shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount
** We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by Us.
** We have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not.
** The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Us and accept Our decision regarding the cancellation.
Refund Processing :
** The amount will be refunded to You within 8-10 working days.
** For card payments, the refund will be processed back to the same card from where the payment was done.
How do I cancel an order?
1) Log into Your User account and go to the ‘My Orders’ page
2) Identify the item You want to cancel and click on the corresponding link.
3) In the detailed order page, You will see ‘Cancel’ links against each of the items in that order
4) Click on the ‘Cancel’ link, indicate the reason for cancellation, choose a mode of refund and confirm cancellation
5) Once Your cancellation request is created, We will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible.
6) Alternatively, You may cancel Your order by sending an email to Customer care mentioning the Order ID/Number to be cancelled.
