Impossible to reach anyone! Never experienced such awful customer care! Very caring company! My order was not shipped after 1 week, but here also nobody cares. Unprofessional,
I ordered 2 packs each of Amla juice, Aloe vera juice and giloy juice. However i only received one of each of the juices. This is unbelievable that in times like these cheating is a part of every business now.
We did not check it yesterday when we received the order just because of the safety, we thought of sanitizing and waiting till the next day to open the same.
But today we found out that our order is incomplete, which so disappointing because we do not expect these kind of things from a reputed company like Sri Sri tattva.
Please assist and look into this ASAP.

I have booked 02 litre jar of Ghee. My order ID number is 000003448. I received on 15th Jul 17. One jar was totally damaged and ghee was fully leaked. Please advise me how I can get my refund for lost item. An early action is requested.

My order dated 27th February has to be delivered on 3rd March but still I didn’t receive it.
Its been over 10 days, I haven’t received my order and there is no one picking up on customer care. I have called several times.
It’s more than 7 days but still I have not received my order. No one reply on their customer care number. I have written three emails to them to know the status of my order but no reply from their side. I have already paid money for my order now I feel cheated by them.
I have not received the order. It has been too long. Customer support is very poor.
