Our Policy is simple and summarized in a few line below :
** Ordered products will be processed & dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment receipt.
** In most cases it will be shipped same business day as order receipt.

** ShopHealthy.in is a marketplace for BRANDS / MANUFACTURERS to reach customers directly.
** Since there is no middleman you can get the best price and free shipping in most cases.
** Some of the manufacturers charge a shipping fee for their products due to weight / liquid handling etc.
** You will see the total shipping and handling fee on the CHECKOUT page.

For example :
If a customer has 3 products in her cart :
** Product ABC from Brand A
** Product XYZ from Brand B
** Product RMZ from Brand C

** and Brand A charges Rs 30, brand B charge Rs 40 and brand C charges Rs 0 as shipping and handling fees then
** The total shipping and handling fee will be Rs 70 ( 30 + 40 + 0) for this example
** Depending on the brands in your order, the products may be shipped from multiple locations and a single order could arrive in multiple packages.
** We will send you tracking details for all packages in your order.

** Delivery can take from 2-8 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) depending on your location.
** However, most orders are delivered within 2-5 business days nationally and typically 3 days for the metros.
** We use Fedex, DTDC, Professional, India Post etc for shipping. Sometimes delays happen in delivery due to the couriers.

** In such cases we follow up with them and ensure delivery.
** Products that offer COD (Cash on Delivery) service have an attribute “COD: Yes” on the product details page.
