** We make every effort possible to deliver products purchased from CherryTin in pristine condition and in the fastest time possible.

** For orders less than Rs. 900, a shipping charge of Rs. 100 will be applicable.

COD Terms & Conditions :
** Order will not be processed if not confirmed. Customers should make sure to provide us with a legitimate number.
** COD charge of Rs. 50 will be applicable.

** No item priced above Rs. 2000 will be available for purchase through Cash on Delivery.

Cancellation :
** During the process of checking out, if you have chosen to pay using credit or debit card and have not completed the transaction because you have (1) Not entered the relevant details (2) Hit the return/back button before payment has been processed, your order will be automatically cancelled.

** We accept cancellation of items before they have been processed in our warehouse.
** This includes even the items you purchase on sale.

** If your item was not purchased under any promotion, we allow you to cancel your order. If your purchase includes one item under promotion and if you wish to cancel that, you can. However if your order has multiple items bought under the same promotion, you can only cancel the complete order.
