YES we do! For all the purchases of Rs.599 or more, we will deliver the order to your doorstep absolutely free of cost. A shipping charge of Rs.59 will be applicable otherwise.

I have very bad experience with the site… ordered products worth 1500rs. on the day of delivery some lady called me told that my products has been delivered to her address… initially i thought it was some kind of fraud so i didn’t respond..same day my products were supposed to be delivered and guess what..i got the products which were supposed to be delivered to that lady…i called customer care but nobody responded..then i called that lady she gave me advice to courier the products to each other..but i refused as i want the staff to apologise and do it bu themselves as it was not our task to do..itsy bitsy was supposed to pick and and deliver our original products..i mailed them..that lady gave me number of someone i talk to her and she took pictures of the package and then she hung up the phone on me and didn’t call me again…
I must say this is the worst site i have ordered..they do have variety but what am i supposed to do with it..shall i pay them again to find out what variety are the showing in delivery?
The worst shop on the earth
I had a very bad experience in Itsy bitsy store (Phoenix market city mall), Bangalore. That is my 1 visit to the store staff people are really so rude to me. I actually took metallic paints which is just under 50% off. I went for billing I paid and I saw my bill with full price. I asked about it and staff people behaved so unknowingly and very rude. I felt so shame. I wrote a email to itsy bitsy store but there is no reply at all. I hope some body can resolve my problem. Paint cost is Rs.799/-. I also told to staff I am going to buy more than Rs.1000/-. But still they insulted me before so many people.
I want to purchase English water colour drawing paper. Is it possible?
