Shipping Policy :
** We use FEDEX for our delivery service provider in an attempt to ensure safety and speedy delivery.
** Deliveries within India take on average 3 days to arrive.
** You will be able to track your order once dispatched using the website functionality at this link kultureshop.in/track-your-order a period Deliveries to other countries may take longer.
** To increase shipping security, a delivery receipt may be asked from you by the delivery company.
** If for whatever reason the product does not reach you within 30 days, you will be entitled to a full refund and possibly some credit as an apology for our mistake.

Refunds :

** We strongly encourage you to return the item via a trackable method.
