** The Wishing Chair is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame.
** We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & public holidays.
** To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through premier courier agencies only.
** Currently, we only offer shipping in India.
** Shipping is free for all orders above Rs.1000.
** For orders below Rs.1000, we charge Rs.100 as shipping & handling charges.
** The same is added to your bill at checkout.

** Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies to all pin codes where courier service is supported by our logistics partners within 3 business days, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and Courier Company shipment delivery norms.

** Please note Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
** All orders are processed from our own warehouse in Delhi, India.

Returns :

** We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
** As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.

** However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order.
