Shipping And Delivery :
** Myofficesupply.in is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

** Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order).
** Myofficesupply.in is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
** While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

** Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
** Free Shipping for orders above value Rs 1000 /- in Delhi/NCR & Rs 5000 /- Outside Delhi depending on pin codes across India .
** Cash on Delivery option is available

** For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.
** Orders are shipped within 15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.
** For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only.

Cancellation and Refund Policy :
Can I cancel my orders?
** While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number.
** As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.
** We will deduct the payment gateway charges if you have used the online mode of payment for that order.

** If you cancel your order before the product has shipped, you can choose to have the entire amount refunded or get a myofficesupply.in voucher.
** Though we will deduct the payment gateway charge if you have used it for that order.
** No cancellation once the product is shipped.

Can I return my Orders?
** Typically, delivered orders cannot currently be returned. Of course, this does not apply in cases of transport damages for which myofficesupply.in or a third-party-logistics provider can be held accountable.

** Please inspect all goods carefully on delivery and immediately inform our customer service if you detect any damages or defects within 48 business hours of receiving the order.
** We will replace the damaged item/s in cases of transport damages for which a third-party-logistics provider or we can be held accountable.
** In other cases, our friendly customer service will help you handling warranty issues.

** There are some items which do not qualify for refunds.
They are: Electronics (Power banks, Pen drive’s , Printers etc.), stationery, customized orders (including large quantity, specially priced quoted orders).

Damage Claims or Shortages Important Notice :
** Any claims for damage and/or shortages MUST be reported in 48 business hours without exception.
** Be sure to check your deliveries upon receipt.

We Pay For Return Shipping :
** We will pay for return shipping only when products delivered are defective, damaged or the wrong product was received from what was ordered.

Refund Policy :
** In case of pre-paid orders, all the funds charged against your canceled order will be refunded back to your account within 7 to 14 days from the order cancellation .
** The refund will be made to the same account from which payment was made.
** In case of Credit Card Payments, the refund would reflect in your next Credit Card Bill.
** Myofficesupply.in will not charge the refund.
