Shipping Delivery :
** Omved ships its products to almost all parts of India
** All pre-paid orders will be shipped within 24 hours of the payment received.
** All COD orders will be shipped within 24 hours from placing the order.
** We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.
** Non-availability on delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned to our warehouse.
** We recommend that you provide the complete address along with a mobile number in the delivery address to ensure a faster delivery.

Shipping Rates & Times :
** Standard shipping and handling is FREE on all orders over Rs. 500 in India.
** There will be shipping charges of Rs. 50 for NON COD and COD for orders below Rs. 500.

** There will be an additional convenience cost of Rs. 100 for all COD orders.
** For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be approximately 4-5 business days once we have processed the shipping.
** (Business days exclude Sunday and other holidays).
** For other areas that are not serviceable by the courier companies, the products will be shipped through Indian Postal Service.

** The transit and delivery of the consignment may take approximately 1-2 weeks depending on the location. Since Indian Postal Service does not ship any liquids, we request you to keep this in mind while placing the order.

Returns :
** For products that have been incorrectly shipped, damaged in transit, and/or have defects, simply mail us at customercare AT omved.com or call 1-800-419-0365 (9:30 am to 6:00 pm IST) to initiate the returns process.

** If your purchase was made at Omved Retail store please contact the store directly.
** If you received your product by mail please contact us at customercare AT omved.com or by calling 1-800-419-0365 (9:30 am to 6:00 pm IST)

** Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the return policies of non-Omved retail or e-retail stores which carry our products.
** Do not ship any product back to us without getting a confirmation for exchange from us.
** We will send you an email with detailed instructions on how to exchange your product once you receive our confirmation for an exchange.

Exchanges :
** We will exchange a product only if we have sent you a completely different product from the one that you ordered.
** For an exchange, please email us within 24 hours of delivery, stating the reason for exchange.
** We will have our customer care contact you as soon as possible.

** Please share your order number/invoice number in the email.
** Merchandise can be exchanged only if it is returned unused and intact (in saleable condition).
** If you are returning linen/clothes please note that the product should be unused, unwashed with all original tags intact and should be sent back in original packaging with a copy of original invoice.

We do not allow returns in the following instances :
** Used products/merchandise
** Seals that have been broken
** Washed clothes/linen
** In cases where we have shipped the incorrect product size, we will replace/exchange it with the correct size. *
