** We ship the products across India as well as to the international locations.

How much does shipping cost?
For Indian Locations :
** For orders less than Rs.499 shipping is Rs 80. All orders above Rs.499 are FREE Shipping.
** We use multiple courier companies like Bluedart, Aramex, Fedex, First Flight, Delhivery etc to ship your products.
** In addition certain sellers will ship their products by themselves in which case the courier company might be different.

For International Locations :
** As of now, we are not shipping outside India due to some custom problems.

Who actually ships the products?
To ensure efficient shipping of products we ship the product to you in 2 ways :
** Directly shipped from NaturalMantra.com warehouse
** Shipped directly from the seller
** So keep in mind that sometimes you will receive two separate boxes, which very well may arrive at different times.
** We will email you a tracking number when your products get picked up by the shipper.

When do products ship?
** For items stocked and shipped by NaturalMantra.com the item ships in 48 hours.
** For items stocked and shipped directly from the seller the item ships in 48-72 hours.
** Some products have to be ordered specially from the manufacturer and may take additional time.
** Any additional processing time will be noted in the product detail page.

International shipping – Can I get products shipped outside of the India ?
** Yes, you can get these products any where in the world. The shipping charges apply based on the location.

** Please note except food items and other heavy items, we can ship the rest of the products.

When will my product reach ?
** Please provide 5 business days after you have ordered for the product to reach you.

Return Policy :
** Naturalmantra.com has put in place no-hassle process to ensure that you can buy from us in confidence and return the item if it has size issues, received expired product (chances are negligible), if you have paid more than the MRP, the item is faulty or not what you ordered.

For products shipped by us :
** Should you wish to return a product, we will gladly accept the return of packages within seven (07) days from the receipt of the product.
** We are happy to initiate a return provided the products are returned unused, with the original tag, in the same condition as you have received it, in its original box and packaging.
** Temprature sensitive products are not eligible for any returns.

For products shipped directly by the seller :
** We are unable to process returns for these products.

For products that are not yet shipped :
** You may cancel an order within 24 hours of your purchase.

** Once we receive a cancellation notice and if the order has not been packaged / shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount.
** For orders already shipped the policy stated above will be applied.

For products damaged in transit :
** We take utmost care in packaging and shipping the product but some items may be damaged during transit due to circumstances beyond our control.
** In case you find the product has been damaged in transit, we urge you to not accept the product and send it back.
