Shipping

** Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in New Delhi by reputed courier agencies.
** Please allow following number of days from receipt of your order.
** For domestic –2 to 3 business days.
** However in some cases we may take longer, upto 7 working days to ship the order.

** Order deliveries will be made between
** 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays.
** Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery.
** If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc.

** How ever Kama Ayurveda takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
** Kama Ayurveda is not responsible for damage after delivery.
** All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
** Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations.

** The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments

Delivery & Returns
** It is Kama Ayurveda’s intention to satisfy their customers.
** For this reason, we will gladly issue a full refund for any full priced unopened merchandise that is returned within 30 days from the date of Delivery.

** To return any items, please contact Customer Service at 011-4152 7707 / 08 or by email at enquiries AT kamaayurveda.com.
** All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return / exchange authorization number and in an unopened and saleable condition.
** Postage/ Shipping Charge will not be refunded.

** Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products.
** Kama Ayurveda is not responsible for any damage after delivery.
** Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
** All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 24 hours.

Refund Rule

** if you paid with a credit or debit card, you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card for the purchase price of the item.
** after receiving of damaged/defective product , your refund will initiate will reflected to the account/card/wallet in 4-10 working days.

** if you paid by Cash on delivery, after receiving of Damage/defective product Kama Ayurveda will issue a cheque on the name of billing person and dispatch to billing address.
** if you purchase it through store credit/gift voucher or any promotional code , your refund will in the form of an online store credit for the item which may be redeemed at kamaayurveda.com.

Cancellation Rule :
** if you want to cancel your order, you need to inform us by email @enquiries@kamaayurveda.com with your order no. with in 12 hour of placing the order or before its dispatch whichever is earlier.
** once your order is dispatched order cannot be cancelled.
