** We do free shipping within India. Our shipping charges are calculated based on the number of products in your single purchase.
** If you purcahse bulk quantity or high value products we do free shipping as well.

** If your order has multiple products with different dispatch dates, we would have all the products shipped as one shipment, once all products in your order is ready.
** However, if you wish to receive some products earlier, please email us with your order order number, We shall do the needful.

** We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

Return Policy & Cancellation :
1. If order is processed and delivered the items won’t be taken back or replaced unless there is a reaonable manufacturing issue. Customer won’t get any refund for partially or fully customized stitched items. In case if you are not happy with our products please write to support AT chennaistore.com then we get back to you.

2. Please note that cancellations have to be made within 24 hours after placing an order. For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with our customer support executive by sending an email to support AT chennaistore.com and giving the reference of your order number. In case we receive a cancellation notice and till that time the order has already been processed by us, the order cannot be cancelled.

ChennaiStore has complete right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by ChennaiStore and accept ChennaiStore decision regarding the cancellation.
