Shipping Policy :
** We offer delivery of our products across the globe. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box address, so you must provide full street address with postal code / zip code and telephone / mobile number.
** Please note that residential shipments to USA & some other countries will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the door bell.
** We do not ship the products on Sundays and public holidays in India as our logistic partner does not pick-ups on those days.
** Once an order is dispatched, if order / product will return to us because of incomplete address / wrong address, then we are not responsible in such cases and we will not provide any refunds.
Shipping Cost :
** Shipping cost is based on the product weight and delivery location. The weight of any product can be found on its detail page.
** We offer free shipping to within India.
Shipment and Tracking details :
** We use to send an email confirming the shipment of the order being placed, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier Company.
** These alert emails will contain the tracking number and Courier Company’s website detail.
** Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take around 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.
Return Policy :
** In case if you do not like the product which you received from Ashika.com, please leave message via contact us page. We are not giving full replacement on all the items, few items are handmade and manufactured upon order request.
** Customer need to first contact us through Contact Us page on web site before returning any product. If you will return the products before let us know the same, then we will not provide any refund.
Please read below points carefully before request for returns :
** Customer need to bare the shipping cost while returning the products.
** We will not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item.
** We will not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
** At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
** Refunds would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse.
** However we would accept returns if there is any faults from our end.
** Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products.
** We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
** In case of product return, we will issue a refund once we receive the product back at our office.
** Returns or exchange of products will not be entertained for the products purchased during SALE period.
