Exchange Policy :
Plain Gold Jewelry :
** For Plain gold Jewellery, un-studded products are exchange at the prevailing rate of gold along with 10% labour charge.
Jewelry product with diamond :
** Jewellery products consisting of studded diamonds exchange at 80% of current market value
Jewelry product with Gemstones :
** Jewellery products consisting only of Gem Stones exchange at 70% of current market value
** Additionally here are the other exchange options/conditions that might be applicable:
** If you had received a discount or a free gift while making your purchase, we will be deducting the original discount amount or free gift value, whichever applicable.
** Alternatively, you can choose to return the free gift as well.
** A 10% of this amount, subject to a minimum of Rs. 1,000, will be deducted towards melting and recovery costs.
** This will be done on a per product basis, in case you are returning multiple products.
** You will be given a voucher for this value which remains valid for 6 months and can be used to purchase anything from Zomint.
** Please note that this voucher cannot be en-cashed.
