Shipping Policy

** We strive to deliver your order accurately, in good condition and on time.
** All goods will be fully insured by whp.net.in until they reach you, so your purchase is 100% safe.

For Domestic orders (within India) :
** At whp.net.in, we offer Free Delivery on all orders.
** You do not pay any shipping charges on any order placed online.
** To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies
** We ship through leading courier services, and you can track your order online after it is shipped.

** We dispatch your product within 1 to 4 weeks of you placing an order on the website.
** We ship on all working days except Sunday and public holidays. Orders placed on Saturday would leave our processing centre only on Monday.
** Delivery methods: We insist to please provide us an address with available recipient as the order will only be handed over on verification of the recipient.
** The recipient would need to provide his/her name, relationship, signature and record the date on receipt as proof of delivery.

** In case of order which is to be shipped outside India customer has to bear the shipping & handling charges plus any duty (if applicable) at the destination.
** Also, custom duty & taxes levied by destination country have to be borne by the customer and needs to be paid to the logistic partner at the time of delivery.

** Recipient needs to produce Photo Identity Proof (passport or driving license) for receiving the delivery.

Return and Exchange Policy :
All items purchased from the website whp.net.in may only be returned or exchanged and processed back through .whp.net.in, except the products mentioned below

** Products below INR. 5000

** All returns must be in their original condition, unworn, with tags attached, Original Product Certificate and Invoice.
** Items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized (by a jeweler other than WHP Online Jewellery Store), or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange.

** In case of return or exchange of diamond jewellery without certificate, customer shall be liable to pay the charges for the certification as decided by the management.
** Returns must be received back to us within 7 days from the date of delivery.
** We do not offer refunds or exchange on Custom Made, Sale Or Promotional Items (purchase using Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes etc) for incorrect choice or change of mind.

** The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 24 hrs of receiving the goods should there be a fault.
** Please contact us prior to returning the items.
** We recommend sending items back to us via same logistic service who delivered the product.
** The return shipment charges will be borne by the customer.
** WHP takes no responsibility for lost parcels.

** Returns without a WHP return code, returns sent C.O.D., and improperly or uninsured packages will be refused upon receipt.
** Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed.
** The refund process will be initiated after analyzing the product and reasons for return.
** The payment of refund amount shall be credited to customer’s bank account through online bank transfer or cash deposit within 7 working days.

  1. today i purchase 22 carat jwellery but they charge me approx 1000 rs more than market price. I observed it after reaching at home. i also check other jwellers website there is rate difference.

    I purchase ornaments of RS.368183 from Goregaon branch by cheque and told them delivered to Borivali branch. I am staying at Borivali so I wanted delivery at Borivali Branch. But I got worst experience at Borivali branch. First they gave me bangles without box when I demanded box they told that goregaon branch gave without box. When I requested they gave me box. I purchase necklace of 51.380 wt and it’s long in length but box they gave me very Small, I have to fold my necklace in box when I call to Goregaon branch they told come at Goregaon branch and collect it. Borivali branch staff rude in behavior they don’t know how to speak with customer.
