What are various categories of Central Civil Pensioners and Pension Rules applicable to them?
** CPAO deals with pension cases of Central Civil Pensioners viz.
** pension cases of Hon’ble President/Vice President, Member of Parliament, Judges of Supreme Court/High Court, AIS officers, freedom fighters, UTs and Delhi Administration.
** These classes of pensioners are covered under different Rules as given below.
** CPAO does not deal with pension work of Railways, Posts, Telecom, Defense, State Govts, and PSU.

My PPO number is 234988005780. I want to know the status of pension arrears.
I am a Pensioner, I filled 2 grievances upon my pension relating errors but after 15 days they just replied as disposed off that’s all. It is not clear that whether they considered there is a error (or) rejected not known. Where can I get the details for such matter? CPAO Toll Free number (1800-11-77-88) is ringing but not answering.
My PPO number is 771010509109, SSA order number is 2629566, Date of confirmation is 15/12/2017 and complaint ID is W180180264. No letter received by post till today. Kindly do the needful.
