We have been in the business of match making for more than a decade. We have a deep understanding of different religions weddings and their customs. No two marriages are the same, and with that in mind, our professional photographers and videographers will give their best shots for every wedding ceremony.
There cant be any worse service than the one what these guys provide. Not received the album even after 1 year 2 months of the event.
Its foolishness if any pays money for these guys. Even if you want to avail their service, don’t pay beyond 500 till you get the albums.
This is the worst customer service I have ever seen, even they are not picking up a calls. If you are trying to get them for your marriage photos, please change your mind and go and search some other photography, they are very worst in worst.
I paid 75% amount for video coverage and photography for my son marriage on 04.03.2018. There is no response from the matrimony photographers (or) the matrimony.com team members till date. We have contacted your executives; no response from your end.
I regret to inform that, I am unable to login and view my engagement event dated 4-3-18 even though I have paid 75% of amount as stipulated on 21-3-18 vide reference number TN 180212488. Kindly arrange to provide viewing facility immediately without any further delay.
