Ordering Policy :
** Please verify the time required for each product before ordering.
** If you have ordered without giving us a proper delivery address as indicated, we would be unable to deliver the product.
** So please ensure that you read the terms and conditions against each product before ordering.
** We ensure that all the products published on this site are available for ordering, however in certain cases, if the ordered product is unavailable another product of equal value would be delivered.
** Also be aware that the weights indicated are approximate and might vary.

Delivery System :
** We are open on all 365 days of the year (including Sundays and public holidays)
** We deliver Cakes as well as Chocolates anywhere in Mumbai with conditions applying.
** The stipulated quantity for the cake delivery is 1kg and for our chocolates it is half kg.
** The delivery in south Mumbai up to Colaba is free & in northern direction up to Haji Ali is free.
** We charge normal delivery charge after Haji Ali & Crawford market.
** In the suburbs after mahim on western Line & after Reay Road on the central line delivery is done with stipulated quantity and one side A/c Taxi Fare.
** Please use a regular street address with nearby land mark so that we can provide the faster delivery of cake.
** All deliveries will be executed between 11.00 am to 8.00 pm.
** We also provide early morning & midnight Cake Delivery for surprise gifting with conditions applying.

Refund Policy :
** The online order once placed cannot be modified or cancelled either through the Website or offline by calling at the shop.
** No refunds for wrong addresses, recipient unavailable and other causes beyond our control would be entertained.
** Since Products are perishable goods and are made to order, we would not be able to provide any refunds.
** Payments once made are not refundable.
** If there is any complain regarding the quality of the product being delivered,
** we will inquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced.
** For any complaints regarding quality and service please write to us with your order no. and delivery date.
** Refunds will be given at the sole discretion of Dark Temptations.
** Under extreme and rare cases, if Dark Temptations is not able to make a delivery we will ensure that you get 100% refund of your money.
** No other claims apart from the 100% refund will be tenable.
