Delivery :
** All deliveries shall be subjected to a time limit of 10pm unless and otherwise specified or specifically requested by the customer.
** Deliveries after 10PM shall be subjected to additional charges and on special request by the customers.
** The cut-off time to order online for the same day/night delivery will be 6PM.
** There will no restrictions if the delivery is scheduled for the future.
** If due to unforeseen circumstances or bad road conditions, if the cakes get damaged, the liability shall be 5% of the total order value and the delivery charges if any, shall be waived off.
Delivered Items :
** In case of any dispute in the number of items delivered or the quantity of the items delivered, it has to be reported at the time of delivery.
** Any disputes on the number of items or quantity of items later on will not be accepted.
Cancellation :
** Any request for order cancellation has to be made through the telephone only and the request for cancellation should be made atleast 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
