Shipping Policy :
** We Cannot commit to a fixed time for delivery. We do try our best to deliver at your requested time, however, under unavoidable circumstances, products may reach before or after the delivery time requested.
** Same Day Delivery option may vary for different delivery locations within Mumbai.
** Check with our executive for the Mid-night Delivery option in case it says unavailable for your area on the site.
** Exceptions will be made on request.
** Please call our executives on +919022410537 for further information.
** At present, all our products are hand delivered and slight delays may occur on Sundays and Public Hoildays.
** The delivery will NOT be redirected / redelivered to any other address in any circumstance.
** We will attempt delivery of the items ONCE.
** In case the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible unless an exception is made.
We will consider the order as “executed” in the following cases :
** Delivery not done due to wrong address /pin code provided.
** Recipient not available.
** Premises locked.
** Wrong phone or Cell or Extension number/ not working / no reply or not connecting / reachable and delivery is not done.
** Recipient refuses the products.
** The images displayed on the site are indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in appearance, shape or design as per the availability and weight.
** We reserve the right to substitute the products with equal or higher value in case of non availability of the desired product.
** In case of floods / heavy rainfall / strikes, we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date/time.
** No change in instructions will be entertained after placing the order.
** Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
** Products must be checked on receipt for any damage that may be caused during transit and must be immediately reported to the delivery in charge.
** We will not entertain any complaints for damaged products once the delivery in charge has left the premises.
** Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute.
** We withhold the right to modify the above mentioned conditions at our discretion.

My recent experience at MALAD BRANCH ON 28.04.2023
I ordered a cake for Rs.415 (Dutch truffle) from Malad west on 27.04.2023 at 11.38 pm
As usual with super service I received the cake at 12.05am. It was for birthday occasion. The cake was cut and we served it on plates. When everyone started having (6 of us )and everyone found the cake was stale.I called the malad branch and the staff said “kya kar sakte hain, cake toh sham ko aya hain. Cake stale nahi ho sakta. Mere paas koi nahi hain vapas mangana ke liye”. I kept the remaining cake in the fridge and brought to the store on 28.04.2023 at 10.15am
The reaction from the head owner there was pathetic. He kept on saying kuch stale nahi hain.chocolate ka smell hain. Aap half cake laye ho. When I showed him pics of cake in the sink of our kitchen as we could not eat. He says there is hardly anything in the plates. aapko dustbin se vapas yeh box mein dalna tha.
First of all We are not a class of people to claim a free cake.
Secondly I am a chartered accountant working as a CFO with a leading electricals company and hence this stunt is not to kill time. I have better things to do rather than coming to the shop in the morning to show you the cake
Thirdly I was one of you loyal customer since 8 years- Always ordered for my corporate and home events
The cake and the invoice both are with the MALAD Branch
Hope you will take necessary action and will revert back. Attaching screen shot of payments and pics of my plates having cake which we threw away as we could not eat.
