Shipping Policy :
** Product deliveries will be made between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM by our courier partner; we cannot commit any fix time for delivery.
** Same Day Delivery option is available only for selected locations and order received till 5 PM will be delivered till 12 AM*.
** Mid-night Delivery will be made between 9:00 PM to 12.00 am on mentioned / asked delivery.
** We try our best to deliver products on the delivery day.
** However, in unavoidable circumstances or wrong pin code these products may reach before or after delivery date mentioned.
** Products delivered by courier partner cannot be delivered on Sundays and Public Holidays.
** The delivery will NOT be redirected / redelivered to any other address in any circumstance.
** The selected product will be delivered only in Selected Locations mentioned as ‘available’ on this Site.
** Delivery not done due to wrong address / wrong pin code in case of courier products.

** Wrong phone or Cell or Extension number/ not working / no reply or not connecting / reachable and delivery is not done.

Refund/Exchange Policy :
** If you do not pick up your order, Chocko Choza will not issue a refund, regardless of the circumstance.
** We will be happy to remake the product for you if you need it again; however, you will have to pay for both.
** We cannot refund any product that is abandoned by the customer.

** If Chocko Choza has been deficient in our production of your product, we would appreciate it if you would let us know and bring back the remaining product.
** This allows us to correct our team, and get it perfect next time.
** Obviously, in this case we will provide you a refund / replacement for the product.
** We retain the right to judge our product quality for ourselves and the percentage of the amount to be refunded based on the issue.

** For order placed on latter days you can cancel the order 4 days before the delivery date for a full refund you cannot cancel the order later than that and no refund will be provided.
** Product once sold will not be taken back / exchanged since it perishable food products.

Order Cancellation and Change Policy :
** Things happen and at Chocko Choza we understand that and will work with you as best we can.
** All changes must be made 24 hours in advance of pick-up tie charges if any will be applicable, no changes to the order can be made after that.
** All changes must be handled directly with a representative of Chocko Choza and confirmed.
