Shipping policy :
What Is The Free Shipping Policy?
** We provide free shipping for orders over Rs. 1500/-.
** There are some exceptions to this policy (for eg. Certain Edibles and Equipment.)
** If your order includes any of these products you will be charged for those separately and they will be shipped in another box.
** For orders under Rs.1500 a flat Rs. 100/- is charged as delivery charges per order.
In How Many Days Will I Receive My Products?
** All our deliveries are made within 3-5 business days (i.e. excluding weekends and bank holidays,) unless you are ordering liquids or gel products which as per law, can not be couriered by air and will be sent by road, (in that case delivery can take up to 10 days.)
How Will The Delivery Be Done?
** We process all deliveries through reputed couriers and ship by air/land freight.
Returns :
** At CCDS, we try our best to ensure that you receive the best quality products within our stated delivery time in a perfect condition.
** Your satisfaction with our products and delivery is of utmost importance to us.
In the unlikely situation that you are not satisfied with the product that reaches you, for the following reasons –
a.Product has reached you in a damaged condition :
** In such a situation, where the package is damaged, please do not accept delivery.
** Once you accept a package you are accepting that it has arrived in good condition.
b.The product has already past its expiry date or c :
** The product received by you is not the same as you have ordered, you can return the product to us in the above scenarios outlined in b.)and c.) and we will refund your money.
** All we ask is that the product is not used or opened, is in the same condition you received it and is in the original box and / or packaging and is in condition for re-sale.

** Products once ordered online cannot be cancelled and no refunds can be issued.
** If you have made an error while placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try our best to resolve the issue for you if the order has not been dispatched.
