Normal Delivery :
** All Order are delivered between 10 am till 10 pm would be considered as normal delivery time and we would charge delivery fees.
Delivery Details :
** If customer requires the items to be delivered in the time other than the Normal delivery time stipulated in the website there would be additional delivery fees charged and the fees might change time to time.
** The customer would need to place an order 3 hours prior to delivery for Fresh Cream Cakes.
** Each category of cake listed in the website requires different lead time and customer must ensure that they understand the lead time before placing the Order.
** This is provided in the description page of each of the product.
Night Delivery :
** If customer requires the items to be delivered in Night i.e After 9pm there would be additional delivery fees and the fees might change time to time.
** This service may not be available for address out of city limits or small B,C tier cities.
** The customer would need to place an order 3 hours prior to delivery for Fresh Cream Cakes.
** Each category of cake listed in the website requires different lead time and customer must ensure that they understand the lead time before placing the Order.

Substitution Policy :
** If any product you have ordered is not available for delivery on your requested delivery date and delivery address , it may be substituted with next best available flavour , color , shape , size.
Cancellation Policy :
** Since items are perishable, same day orders once placed cannot be cancelled, For Orders Cancelled due to any other reasons, Only Coupon Code will be issued.
Return Policy :
** There is no return policy, order once placed will be treated final and once received by the customer,guardian,security guard,reception cannot be returned back at what so ever may be the condition.
