Cancellation Policy :
** Bookcab believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Under this policy :
** Greater than 24 hours before scheduled pick up time
** 25% of the advance you paid will be retained as cancellation fees and the balance 75% refunded.
** 24 – 12 hours before scheduled pick up time
** 50% of the advance you paid will be retained as cancellation fees and the balance 50% refunded.
** 12 – 4 hours before scheduled pick up time
** 75% of the advance you paid will be retained as cancellation fees and the balance 25% refunded.
** The customer can cancel any booking made through COD option, by simply contacting our call center.
** The refund amount shall be processed either by an online transfer to the customer’s bank account or by a cheque issue in the name of the customer only.
** No requests for cash refunds will be entertained.

Fare Structure :
Airport Transfers :
** Airport pickup and drops are available at fixed price, if the cab is going or coming from the same particular city as the airport.
** The package cost will differ from the car type and the city where the cab is hired.
** Round trip to airport is available with fixed package cost.
** The cost of the package may differ with the distance of the pickup point to the airport.

Local or City Usage :
** Cabs are provided on half day (4hrs/40kms) basis and full day (8hrs/80kms) basis.
** The package has a base price depending on the type of the car and particular city.
** The extra kilometer and extra hour is charged as per the car type.
** Time and the kilometer count will start from the garage.
