I had purchased Nagold Series Hob from Euro harware world – Bangalore wide Invoice number – 8381 dated 6th Dec 2016. Once we opened the product, Knobs were having paint peel off issue and same was reported to Hafele Bangalore and were changed after one week satisfactorily.
Later after two week, in January 2017, we found paint peel off issue below burners area and even Black paint of Burners also faded off. Again informed to Hafale – Bangalore but even after two weeks no one is attending the issue properly.
One Ms Marie from Bangalore Service asked for Invoice copy and photos and later confirm to replace the product. Later after one week, today she confirm that may replace the burner plates and burners but not replace the complete set. I am failed to understand, when we pay premium product like Hafele then how can we get such cheap quality product and on the top poor service …!
Mr.Nagraj is service head for Bangalore and I requested to talk to him but all effort in vain! I will be waiting to see the response from Mr Nagraj before move to consumer court and request for Justice.
Please refund my money and inconvenience cost for absolutely third quality products.
