Return Policy :

** Due to the sensitive nature of healthcare products, Medfirstindia.com cannot give a refund or credit for any item(s) in which the retail packaging or sterile seal has been broken.
** If an incorrect or defective item was shipped in error by us, we will arrange to have the merchandise picked up and will ship the appropriate product at our cost.
** Medfirstindia.com will gladly accept returned merchandise and provide a full refund or credit (after deducting freight costs) if the returned item(s) meet the follow criteria

Exchange Policy :
1. Exchange will be allowed in case product is defective or size change only.
2. Goods have to be unused and in original condition with undamaged original packaging.
3. Product has to be sent to our address in Hyderabad.
4. Customer has to bear cost of freight to Hyderabad.
5. We will send replacement as soon as possible after receipt and verification of returned goods.
6. No exchange under any circumstances will be allowed for any disposable products.
7. No exchange under any circumstances will be allowed for products related to personal hygiene or sanitation like commodes, bedpans, urinals, wheelchairs with built-in commodes etc.
